An acoustic resonance program for absolute deep relaxation.
With TRILAX – Deep Sleep, a program has been created that helps you slip into a deep, restful sleep. The aim of this procedure is to stimulate the activities of our brain in such a way that selected and desired states are achieved, at least for the time of use, such as “absolute deep relaxation”.
The sophisticated sound process is based on years of research into the influence of biological-acoustic frequencies on the brain and well-being.
The program specifically induces alpha and theta brain waves and, through an initial calming process, leads you to absolute deep relaxation. Physiologically, this is expressed, among other things, by reducing adrenaline levels and normalizing the heart rate.
The individual track lengths were specifically tailored to the timer function of the Klangei next. Depending on the desired program length, you can activate the timer. The sound egg switches off automatically after use so you can sleep in peace.
